<![CDATA[The Influence of Financial Compensation and job Stres on Omployee Performance at PT Adhitama Persada Indonesia. This study focuses on examining in depth the extent to wich material compensation and psychological work pressure contribute to the performance effectiveness of human resources at PT Adhitama Persada Indonesia. The central issue addressed is the indication of declining performance resulting from inadequate compensation and high work pressure within the company’s operations. This study employs an associative quantitative methodology, utilizing a census method (or saturated sampling) that encompasses the entire population of 30 respondents. Primary data were collected via Likert-scale questionnaires, supplemented by observational and documentary data. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, incorporating Natural Logarithm (LN) transformation to test the significance of the variabels’ influence, both partially and simultaneously. The research results indicate that financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas work stress, when analyzed partially, does not have a significant effect. Conversely, simultaneous testing indicates that the combined influence of financial compensation and work stress on employee performance accounts for 63.7% of the variance. These findings suggest that the compensation structure is a primary determinant in motivating the workforce. Based on these results, the study recommends that the, management of PT Adhitama Persada Indonesia prioritize the periodic restructuring of incentive schemes to support the company’s future operational stability and efficiency.]]>
