<![CDATA[Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) have become a key strategy in public infrastructure development in regions, particularly in the context of government budget constraints. However, PPP implementation is heavily influenced by various structural factors, including economic, banking, and regional finance. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on the successful implementation of PPP projects within local governments in Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach, drawing on panel data from all provincial, district, and city governments during 2021–2023. The study variables include economic factors (economic growth, inflation, and per capita income), banking factors (investment credit, loan interest rates, and regional bank penetration), and regional financial factors (fiscal capacity, local revenue (PAD), and capital expenditure ratio). PPP implementation is measured by the number of projects reaching financial close, the investment value, and the level of private-sector involvement. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that all three independent variables have a significant influence on PPP implementation, with a coefficient of determination of 72.7%. Regional financial factors make the most significant contribution, followed by banking and economic factors. These findings underscore the importance of synergy between local fiscal strength, financial infrastructure, and macroeconomic conditions in driving investment success. ]]>
