<![CDATA[ Ideally, the enhancement of women's political representation in Aceh should be supported by adequate political literacy, a sound understanding of the historical legacy of female leadership, and an Islamic perspective that emphasizes competence as the primary foundation of leadership. However, in reality, many women still have limited political literacy, are influenced by patriarchal norms, and possess insufficient knowledge of the history of women's leadership in Islam and Aceh. This community service program aimed to strengthen the political literacy of members of the Women's Syarikat Islam of Banda Aceh through political education based on the historical legacy of female leadership in Aceh. The program employed a participatory approach combined with a Problem-Based Approach (PBA), consisting of needs assessment, educational sessions, participatory discussions, and reflective evaluation. The educational materials covered women in Islamic history, the leadership of the Acehnese Sultanahs, Acehnese scholars' perspectives on women's leadership, and contemporary challenges to women's political representation. The results demonstrated improved participants' understanding of the legitimacy of women's leadership, enhanced knowledge of Aceh's political history, a more contextual understanding of Islamic perspectives on female leadership, and increased awareness of the importance of competence, integrity, and leadership capacity in promoting women's political representation and leadership in Aceh.]]>
