The utilization of information technology to support business processes has become essential for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational data management. At PT XYZ, the rental process for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) storage tanks is still managed using a general-purpose application that does not support integrated rental management. This condition results in limitations in data control, system security, and the preparation of operational reports, making administrative processes less effective. This study aims to design and develop a Storage Tank Rental Information System for CPO and PKO that supports integrated rental data management based on user requirements. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology, which consists of the requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. System modeling was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The developed information system includes features for user authentication, management of users, storage tanks, vehicles, customers, palm oil mills (PKS), and recipients, as well as CPO and PKO receipt and dispatch transactions and integrated operational reports. The developed system improves the effectiveness of rental data management, accelerates report generation, enhances data security through user authentication mechanisms, and supports more effective, efficient, and well-structured company operations.
