This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership on the commitment of church music ministers in the digital era. Technological advancements have transformed church ministry patterns—including music ministry—necessitating a leadership style capable of balancing the use of technology with Christian spiritual values. Employing a quantitative approach and a survey method, the study collected data via questionnaires distributed to church music ministers and analyzed the results using simple linear regression. The findings indicate that servant leadership—characterized by role modeling, humility, love, empowerment, effective communication, and spiritual integrity—positively influences the commitment of church music ministers. This commitment is reflected in loyalty, responsibility, discipline, consistency in ministry, and a willingness to develop competencies amidst digital technological advancements. The research confirms that implementing servant leadership fosters a healthy ministry culture, strengthens spirituality, enhances teamwork, and encourages the wise use of technology to support church ministry. Consequently, servant leadership serves as a relevant strategy for building a church music ministry that is adaptive, sustainable, and steadfastly oriented toward the glory of God.
