<![CDATA[Globally, breast cancer ranks as the most common cancer among women, which is also true in Indonesia. In Indonesia, the low rate of early detection of breast cancer results in nearly 70% of patients being diagnosed with cancer only after it has reached an advanced stage, leading to an increased risk of death from cancer. Breast cancer-related deaths could ideally be minimized through regular self-examinations (SADARI) from an early age, allowing for prompt treatment if any breast abnormalities are detected while still in the early stages. Knowledge about breast disorders and SADARI is crucial to raising awareness about performing self-examinations. The aim is to provide health education on breast disorders and SADARI to participants at SMA 4 in Jayapura. The health education activity employs lectures and discussions, with 30 female students from SMA 4 Jayapura participating. The results indicate that after receiving health education about SADARI, there was an increase in the students' knowledge of SADARI, which fell into the moderate category, with an average N-Gain score of 46.55%. Meanwhile, the majority of participants had knowledge levels categorized as moderate, accounting for 52.0%. Thus, it can be concluded that health education can enhance students' understanding of breast disorders and SADARI.]]>
