This study aims to analyze Global Ikhwan's thinking on polygamy, his method of interpretation of verses and hadiths about polygamy, and his views on the regulation of polygamy in marriage law in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. Data were obtained from books, official documents of the Global Ikhwan, Islamic family law literature, books of tafsir, hadiths, scientific journals, and previous research. Data was analyzed using the content analysis method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results of the study show that the Global Ikhwan views polygamy as part of the sunnah of the Prophet (saw) and a means of family development and Islamic da'wah. In interpreting the verses of polygamy, the Global Ikhwan tends to use a textual approach by emphasizing that the main condition of polygamy is an effort to act fairly. The organization also considers that the provisions on polygamy in the Indonesian Marriage Law are too restrictive on the practice of polygamy because they add administrative requirements that are not explicitly found in the Qur'an and Sunnah. These differences show that there is a difference in perspective between the Global Ikhwan's thinking and Indonesia's positive law in understanding and regulating the practice of polygamy.
