<![CDATA[Previous studies on balaghah have explored various rhetorical aspects, including majaz, isti‘arah, tasybih, kinayah, jinas, bayan, and the epistemological foundations of rhetoric, particularly in relation to Qur’anic interpretation. However, these studies remain fragmented because they generally focus on specific rhetorical branches or individual Qur’anic objects without systematically synthesizing broader research trends and methodological patterns. This study aims to identify research trends in the study of balaghah and determine the dominant forms of rhetorical analysis used to reveal the linguistic beauty of the Qur’an. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was employed to identify, evaluate, and synthesize findings from previously published research articles. Data were collected using a coding sheet containing information on authors, publication year, research methods, research focus, rhetorical aspects examined, and principal findings. The results indicate that balaghah has a significant role in revealing the aesthetic dimensions and linguistic miraculousness of the Qur’an. The most frequently analyzed rhetorical elements include majaz, isti‘arah, tasybih, kinayah, and jinas, which demonstrate the relationship between linguistic form, semantic depth, and rhetorical effectiveness. The study contributes a systematic overview of methodological and thematic trends in Qur’anic balaghah research and provides a foundation for future studies to develop more comprehensive and interdisciplinary approaches to understanding Qur’anic linguistic beauty.]]>
