The increasing role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's economic development has encouraged the need for effective business planning tools that support sustainable business growth. One of the most widely adopted strategic planning tools is the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which provides a comprehensive framework for designing, analyzing, and evaluating business models. This study aims to analyze the business model of Es Mambolicious MSME using the Business Model Canvas as the basis for preparing a business capital grant proposal for the Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI) Foundation. A qualitative approach with a naturalistic method was employed to examine the enterprise's business model based on its actual operational conditions. Data were collected from the business proposal, observations conducted during the entrepreneurship training program organized by the GNI Foundation in collaboration with the North Jakarta Regional Job Training Center (PPKD), and supporting documentation. The findings reveal that Es Mambolicious possesses a well-defined business model with a clear target market, competitive value proposition, integrated marketing channels, sustainable customer relationship strategies, diversified revenue sources, adequate business resources, effective operational activities, strategic partnerships, and an efficient cost structure. The study concludes that the Business Model Canvas serves as an effective strategic planning and evaluation tool for assessing business feasibility, supporting entrepreneurial decision-making, and enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs seeking business capital assistance.
