<![CDATA[Teenage pregnancy is a reproductive health issue that has serious medical, psychological, social, and economic consequences. According to data from the Sumedang District Health Office (2024), Wado Subdistrict recorded the highest prevalence with 54 cases of pregnancy among women aged ≤ 20 years. The low level of knowledge among teenagers about reproductive health is the main factor contributing to this problem. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-booklet and webtoon-based health education on the knowledge of female students at SMKS Yaspri Wado in preventing teenage pregnancy. This study used a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design involving 60 respondents. The instrument used was a multiple-choice questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test due to non-normal distribution. The results revealed an increase in the average knowledge score from 68,58 to 93,00 (p < 0,001), indicating a significant effect of digital health education. In conclusion, combining e-booklet and webtoon media proved effective and interactive in enhancing adolescents’ knowledge about reproductive health and in preventing teenage pregnancy.]]>
