Bаckground: Stroke is defined as a disruption in the blood supply to the brain due to a blockage by a blood clot in the brain or a ruptured blood vessel. One of the health education programs recommended for families of stroke patients is Range of Motion (ROM) exercises. Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of health education on the level of family knowledge regarding Rangeof Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients at Arjawinangun Regional Hospital. Methodology: This study wasa quasi-experimental study with a one-group pre-test post-test design. The sampling technique used wasnon-probability sampling with a total sampling method, involving 20 families of stroke patients at Arjawinangun Hospital. Data collection used poster and questionnaires. Data analysis used frequency distribution and the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that almost all respondents (90.0%) were categorized as poor regarding Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients before receiving health education. The level of family knowledge regarding Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients after receiving health education was categorized as good by all respondents (100.0%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained a ρ value of 0.000 < α (0.05), indicating that H₀ was rejected, meaning there was an effect of health education on the level of family knowledge regarding Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients at Arjawinangun Hospital. Conclusion: Thereis an effect of health education on the level of family knowledge regarding Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients. Suggestion: Nurses should provide education to families regarding Range of Motion (ROM) exercises in stroke patients
