The rapid development of information technology has encouraged the emergence of digital platforms that connect clients and freelancers, while university students have great potential to act both as service providers and service users. This research aims to build a web-based freelance platform that connects freelancers and clients within one integrated system. The system was developed using the Prototype method through requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and evaluation stages, using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The main features include multi-role registration and authentication, project management, a digital wallet system (top-up and withdrawal) integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway, and a chat feature between freelancers and clients. Functional testing using Blackbox Testing shows that all features work as required, while usability testing using a Likert scale on 36 respondents resulted in an average score of 4.17 (Agree category). These results indicate that the platform can facilitate collaboration between freelancers and clients securely, transparently, and in a user-friendly manner.
