<![CDATA[This study discusses the management of premarital guidance at the Pondidaha Religious Affairs Office. To determine how the management of premarital guidance is implemented at the Pondidaha Religious Affairs Office (KUA), to determine what supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of premarital guidance management. This study uses qualitative research with field methods, namely collecting data and information obtained directly from respondents and observing directly in the field which is the object of research. Data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Pondidaha KUA has carried out its management function, implementation is carried out by applying planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation. The supporting factors in the implementation of premarital guidance at the Pondidaha KUA are cooperation between village officials and the KUA, competent counselors, and simple delivery methods, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of interest of prospective brides and grooms to participate in premarital guidance, ignorance of prospective brides and grooms about the benefits of premarital guidance, and the busy schedules of prospective brides and grooms.
