<![CDATA[The application of lecture, discussion and question and answer (conventional) methods in social studies subjects for classes VIII A to D is still not optimal in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effect of the Times Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Wordwall learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes. The method used is Quasi Experimental Design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design pattern. The sample used was 62 students in class VIII D and VIII B. The research results show that the average learning outcome for class VIII D is 83.29. This result is greater than the average achievement for class VIII B of 77.12. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T Test, the significance value was 0.013, less than 0.05, meaning H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The application of the Times Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Wordwall learning media has a significant effect on students' cognitive learning outcomes.]]>
