<![CDATA[The development of digital technology has encouraged the use of audio-visual media such as YouTube as an engaging and effective learning tool. One relevant content is the Malin Kundang legend on the Dongeng Kita channel, which contains various moral values. This study aims to analyze the representation of moral values in the video and how they are conveyed through narrative elements, dialogue, and animated visuals as a medium for character education. The study employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation and documentation by repeatedly watching the video and noting sections containing moral values,then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that moral values are primarily represented through interactions between characters, especially in the parent-child relationship. The identified values include love, sacrifice, responsibility, humility, honesty, and the consequences of disobedience. These values are conveyed not only through dialogue but also reinforced by the plot, conflicts, animated visuals, and closing narration that emphasizes the moral message. Therefore, the Malin Kundang video on the Dongeng Kita YouTube channel is relevant as an effective medium for character education, particularly in instilling moral values in children in the digital era.]]>
