This study aims to 1) describe the stages of implementing the “Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children” program to strengthen the character of second-grade students at SDN Grogol Utara 09 Pagi, 2) outline the challenges faced by the teacher and parents in implementing the “Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children” program in second grade, and 3) explain the effectiveness of using the “Si Hadir” website in monitoring the success of the “Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children” program. The research method used was a qualitative approach, specifically a case study. The research subjects included the website developer, as well as second-grade teachers and students who played an active role in the implementation of the “Seven Habits of Great Indonesian Children” program. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted based on the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three main stages: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that although the school still faces various challenges in the implementation process, it has carried out various activities designed to support the character development of second-grade students, where each aspect of habit plays a distinct role in instilling positive character traits such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, empathy, tolerance, sportsmanship, religiosity, independence, and so on.
