<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine how Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning relates to students' awareness of Human Rights (HAM) in grade IV C of SD Negeri 28 Pangkalpinang. This study used a quantitative methodology with a correlational design. Of the total 30 students, 15 were the research subjects. Questionnaires, observations, and documentation were the data collection methods. The study used a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of ten statements. Data analysis was assisted by Pearson's Product Moment correlation and Spearman's Rho test. The results showed that the Product Moment correlation coefficient was r = 0.989 with a significance of p = 0.000 (<0.05), and the calculated t value of 24.32 was greater than the t table of 2.160. In addition, the Spearman's Rho test value also showed a value of rs = 0.982 with a significance of p = 0.000 (<0.05). The results showed a very strong and significant positive relationship between PPKn learning and students' awareness of human rights. Therefore, civics education plays a crucial role in instilling human rights values, fostering tolerance, and developing democratic and responsible students from an early age. ]]>
