TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS: TREN PENGEMBANGAN DAN DESAIN ANTARMUKA PADA SISTEM MANAJEMEN KEMARITIMAN DAN PELABUHAN

This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review of trends in system development and interface design in maritime and port management systems using the PRISMA method. The literature search was carried out through Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Garuda databases for the 2021-2026 period and then selected through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages until a set of selected articles was obtained. The results show that port system development is moving toward the smart port concept through the use of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), while the dominant interface design methods are User-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
