<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Nearpod interactive learning media in improving student learning activities. This study was conducted in SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru Class VII Social Studies subject. The research approach used a quasi-experimental approach with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample consisted of two classes, where each class consisted of 36 students, namely the experimental class that received treatment using Nearpod interactive learning media and the control class that received treatment using conventional learning media in the form of PPT. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using Descriptive Analysis, Normality Gain Test (N-Gain), and Difference Test (Independent Sample T-test). The results showed an increase in student learning activities from moderate to high. This study concluded that Nearpod learning media is effective in improving student learning activities.]]>
