<![CDATA[The relocation of street vendors to the Ahmad Dahlan Jombang Street Vendor Center is an area restructuring effort that has impacted the vendors' socioeconomic conditions. This study aims to analyze the changes in the socioeconomic conditions of street vendors after the relocation and identify the vendors' strategies for maintaining the sustainability of their businesses in the new location. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the relocation resulted in changes in the vendors' socioeconomic conditions. These changes not only affected the economic aspects but also affected the physical environment, resulting in increased comfort and security experienced by vendors. From a geographic perspective, this is related to factors such as location, accessibility, and visibility of the business space. Some vendors experienced a decrease in income due to low stand visibility and high competition among vendors. However, others experienced an increase in income due to their ability to adapt to this competition and the strategic location of their stalls. The differences in socioeconomic conditions after the relocation indicate that factors other than spatial factors and the level of competition influence business sustainability.]]>
