<![CDATA[This research aism to analyze the implementation of quality education-based school management at the High School (SMA) level in Solo City, Central Java. The method used is a descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The result showed that the implementation of quality-based school management is carried out through three main components, namely strategic planning, implementation of quality programs, and performance evaluation. However, some obstacles were still found, such as limited competent human resources, minimal quality management training and weak data-driven evaluation systems. Improvement efforts are carried out through strengthening the role of school principals as quality managers, increasing teacher and parent participation, and using information technology in the evaluation process. This research recommends the need for synergy between local governments, school and communities in realizing sustainable education quality management.]]>
