Low interest and motivation in learning at the elementary school level often become fundamental obstacles in achieving student competencies, so innovative learning media innovation is very necessary. This study aims to examine the development of Pop-Up Book media as an alternative in increasing student learning motivation, while simultaneously analyzing the effectiveness of its use in depth in the context of learning in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through an iterative study by reviewing various relevant references. The results of the study show that the use of Pop-Up Books is able to create a more realistic learning experience through three-dimensional visualization. This media has proven effective in transforming abstract learning materials into visual forms that are easy to understand, so that student learning activities increase significantly because the learning process is much more dynamic, participatory, and not boring. In addition, the mechanical elements in this book are able to maintain student concentration for a longer duration. The study concludes that the development of Pop-Up Book learning media has proven to be very effective as an educational instrument that can trigger active student involvement.
