<![CDATA[The phenomenon of illegal parking at Bambu Kuning Market has caused congestion, reduced public comfort, and disrupted traffic order in Bandar Lampung City. This study aims to analyze the implementation of illegal parking control policies based on Bandar Lampung Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2017 from the perspective of Siyasah Tanfiziyyah. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the Transportation Agency, parking attendants, traders, and visitors of Bambu Kuning Market. The results showed that the implementation of illegal parking control policies has not been fully effective due to limited parking facilities, weak supervision, low public legal awareness, and indications of illegal levies practices. From the perspective of Siyasah Tanfiziyyah, the government as Ulil Amri has the responsibility to enforce regulations for public welfare and maintain public order. The existence of illegal parking contradicts the principles of maslahah, haqq al-tariq, and dar'u al-mafasid. Therefore, firm, fair, and educational enforcement, accompanied by the provision of adequate parking infrastructure, is necessary to achieve public order and social justice.]]>
