Abstract

This study analyzes the contribution, effectiveness, efficiency, and development strategies of parking fees to Jambi City's local revenue (PAD) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that the contribution of parking fees remains low, with moderate effectiveness but very efficient. The main weakness is the lack of technology and management oversight. Therefore, optimization of technology-based collection systems and strengthening oversight are needed.
