This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline, and work environment on employee productivity at UD Bawang Joy. The research employed a quantitative associative approach involving all employees as the population, totaling 78 employees. The sample was determined using probability sampling through the Slovin formula, resulting in 65 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires that had passed validity and reliability tests, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results showed that compensation, work discipline, and work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Simultaneously, the three independent variables also significantly influenced employee productivity at UD Bawang Joy. The coefficient of determination test indicated that compensation, work discipline, and work environment contributed 56.4% to employee productivity, while the remaining 43.6% was influenced by other variables outside this study. These findings indicate that UD Bawang Joy needs to optimize fair compensation, consistent work discipline, and a conducive work environment to sustainably improve employee productivity.
