The low scientific literacy skills of students and the limited availability of teaching materials meeting their learning needs are the background of this research. The goal is to produce valid, practical, and effective Google Sites-based digital teaching materials through materials, media, and learning activities tailored to learning style characteristics. The method used is the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) model with stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were students of SMPN 2 Moro and SD SMPN 7 Satu Atap Moro. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student responses, and pretests and posttests based on scientific literacy indicators. The validation results showed that the percentage of media expert assessments was 90.27% and material experts 91.50% with a very valid category. The level of practicality was demonstrated through one-on-one trials of 93.75%, small group trials of 93.44%, and field tests based on teacher responses of 93.75% and student responses of 94.67% with a very practical category. The average pretest score of 39.50 increased to 76.50 in the posttest. The normality test showed that the pretest data was normally distributed, while the posttest was not, so hypothesis testing used the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test. The results obtained a Z value of -3.784 with significance <0.001, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. In addition, the N-Gain calculation of 0.60 is in the moderate category. Thus, the developed digital teaching materials are declared very valid, very practical, and quite effective in improving students' scientific literacy.
