This study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of sensor technology in reaction time training for martial arts athletes. The method used was a systematic literature review with the PRISMA 2020 approach. Literature searches were conducted in Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases spanning 2020-2025. A total of 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria were systematically analyzed. The results of the study indicate that sensor technologies such as wearable sensors, inertial measurement units (IMUs), visual stimulus systems, virtual reality (VR), and Internet of Things (IoT)-based devices have proven effective in improving reaction time, visual-motor coordination, and the accuracy of athlete performance evaluation. However, most research still focuses on biomechanical monitoring and analysis, while the development of integrated training systems that combine stimulus, response measurement, and data analysis in a single platform is still limited. Therefore, the development of integrated and data-driven sensor technology-based training systems is needed as an innovation to improve the effectiveness of martial arts athlete training.
