<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze skill- and motivation-based educational human resource development strategies in improving learning effectiveness at MAN 1 Garut. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that educational human resource development was carried out through strengthening teachers’ competencies, developing skill-based curricula, enhancing students’ learning motivation, utilizing professional training programs, and reinforcing institutional collaboration. The implementation of these strategies had a positive impact on student engagement and the diversity of teaching methods. However, the study also identified several challenges, including the low participation of some teachers in professional development activities, limited integration of learning technologies, and insufficient family support for students’ learning activities. This study emphasizes that the integration of skills, motivation, and structured educational management is a crucial factor in improving learning effectiveness in madrasahs.]]>
