Abstract

The development of creativity in elementary school children is an important aspect of the educational process. This research aims to describe the implementation of coloring techniques using crayons as a means of stimulating imagination, self-expression, and fine motor skills of grade 3 students at SD Negeri Sukasari 04. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, researchers observed coloring activities and explored the teacher's role. The results showed that techniques such as gradation, hand pressure control, and color mixing effectively encouraged students to think creatively and improved their fine motor coordination.
