This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in strengthening students’ character values through the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) in elementary schools. This research employed a qualitative approach using interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The results indicate that teachers act as planners, facilitators, mentors, and role models in implementing P5. Project-based learning fosters character values such as cooperation, responsibility, independence, creativity, and environmental awareness. Therefore, P5 serves as an effective learning strategy to support students’ character development.
