This study aimed to develop a science electronic student worksheet based on the guided inquiry model assisted by Liveworksheets on the topic of the properties of light for fifth-grade elementary school students. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research subjects consisted of 20 students from Class VA as the trial group and 20 students from Class VB as the effectiveness-testing group at SDN 54 Bengkulu Tengah. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, tests, observations, and documentation. Instrument validity was analyzed using Aiken’s V index. The results showed that the developed product, a guided inquiry-based science e-Worksheet assisted by Liveworksheets, consisted of three main sections: the introductory section (cover page, preface, table of contents, learning outcomes, and learning objectives), the content section, and the closing section (glossary, references, and author profile). The feasibility test indicated that the material aspect achieved a validity score of 0.83–1.00 (very valid) with 75% reliability (strong), the language aspect achieved a validity score of 0.83–1.00 (very valid) with 75% reliability (strong), and the design aspect achieved a validity score of 0.83–1.00 (very valid) with 67% reliability (strong). User responses reached 92%, categorized as very attractive, comprising material (97%), language (85%), and graphics (93%). The effectiveness test using the N-Gain analysis yielded an average score of 0.7801, which falls into the high category. Therefore, the guided inquiry-based science e-Worksheet assisted by Liveworksheets was found to be effective in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students.
