This study aims to analyze the visual branding strategy implemented by Byelice through its official Instagram account, @byelice.id, in forming a child-friendly visual identity for its hair care products. The urgency of this research lies in the need to transform the rigid, clinical medical impression often associated with children's health products into a warm and safe representation to build emotional trust among millennial and Gen Z parents. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with Alina Wheeler's Brand Identity Theory as the analytical framework, focusing on visual elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and illustration styles. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with the Head Creative and Graphic Designer at PT Quattro Usaha Sukses, as well as direct observation of the @byelice.id Instagram account. The data validity was ensured using data and inter-researcher triangulation. The findings are expected to demonstrate how the systematic management of visual assets can effectively deconstruct a medical stigma into a humanistic and authentic brand identity in the digital space.
