<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PESH) teachers in instilling Olympic values as a means of character development among elementary school students. Olympic values, including excellence, respect, and friendship, represent universal principles that support the implementation of character education in schools. This study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from various secondary sources, including national and international journal articles, books, and scientific documents related to character education, Olympic education, and physical education learning. The data were analyzed using content analysis through the stages of data collection, reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that PESH teachers play a strategic role as role models, facilitators, and motivators in the internalization of Olympic values among students. The value of excellence is developed through the encouragement of hard work and continuous self-improvement, respect is fostered through adherence to rules and appreciation for teachers, peers, and opponents, while friendship is promoted through collaborative activities that encourage cooperation and social awareness. The implementation of Olympic values in physical education learning contributes to the development of students’ character, including discipline, sportsmanship, responsibility, tolerance, and teamwork skills. Therefore, physical education learning can serve as an effective medium for strengthening character education in elementary schools through the sustainable integration of Olympic values.]]>
