<![CDATA[The Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach has been recognized as an effective learning model in improving elementary school students' mathematical understanding through real-life contexts. This article aims to describe the effectiveness of the RME approach in supporting Deep Learning in Data Processing material in Grade III of Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in the form of Deep Learning Implementation Plans (RPM), learning videos, and class interaction transcripts. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and analysis of learning conversations. The results of the study indicate that the application of RME syntax, which includes orientation to contextual problems, exploration, discussion and negotiation of meaning, formalization, and reflection, is able to facilitate the three principles of Deep Learning, namely mindful, meaningful, and joyful. Students actively collect data on classmates' hobbies using tally sheets, process them into frequency tables, and present them in the form of creative pictograms. This activity encourages students to think critically, collaborate, and express their understanding visually. These findings confirm that RME based on real-life contexts can be an effective alternative in creating meaningful, enjoyable, and deep mathematics learning in elementary schools.]]>
