<![CDATA[Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the success of the educational process. However, teacher performance is influenced by various factors, including work motivation, work discipline, and teaching ability. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, and teaching ability on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The study population was all 42 teachers at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The research instruments met validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS version 25, with classical assumption tests including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results showed that: (1) motivation had a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, (2) discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3) teaching ability had a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, and (4) motivation, discipline, and teaching ability simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance. The coefficient of determination test showed an R-square value of 0.490, indicating that motivation, discipline, and teaching ability collectively explained 49.0% of the variation in teacher performance, while the remaining 51.0% was influenced by factors outside the study. Based on the results, it can be concluded that discipline is the most influential factor on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 47 Palembang. Therefore, improving teacher performance requires strengthening work discipline, providing appropriate motivation, and developing teaching skills through ongoing training and academic supervision.]]>
