This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 1 Peusangan Selatan regarding cultural diversity material by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. The main issue identified in this research was the low level of student learning outcomes caused by a monotonous, teacher-centered learning model. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, which included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results indicate that the implementation of the CTL model successfully improved both teacher and student activities, as well as significantly enhanced student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, classical learning mastery only reached 15,85%, which increased to 94.15% in the second cycle. Additionally, students' positive responses to the learning process also showed an increase. Thus, the CTL model is effective for improving student learning outcomes.
