Religious culture plays an important role in shaping the character and organizational climate of Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to analyze how Human Resource Management contributes to strengthening religious culture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Jombang. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving the principal, vice principal, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of HRM functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC), plays a significant role in fostering religious culture within the madrasa. Religious values are integrated into recruitment, task allocation, staff development, supervision, and performance evaluation processes. As a result, religious culture is not merely reflected in formal religious activities but has evolved into an organizational culture influencing discipline, work ethic, responsibility, and social interaction among school members. The study concludes that strengthening religious culture is closely linked to value-based human resource management that systematically integrates professionalism, spirituality, and organizational culture within Islamic educational institutions.
