This study aims to design and evaluate a digital operational pocket book as an internal communication medium at Dukuh Atas BNI MRT Jakarta Station. The study was motivated by the need for a concise and accessible reference that supports station staff in handling operational information and responding to field disruptions efficiently. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and questionnaire responses collected via Google Forms. The design process included needs identification, concept development, visual design, internal validation, revision, and finalization. The pocket book was developed using informative design principles through structured layouts, color coding, typography, illustrations, and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) format. Evaluation results indicate that the media was positively perceived by users in terms of usability and ease of understanding. The pocket book facilitated faster information retrieval, improved understanding of operational procedures, and supported more consistent internal communication among station staff. Although several aspects require refinement, including layout density, content conciseness, and visual consistency, the findings demonstrate that the digital operational pocket book has strong potential as an effective internal communication tool within dynamic station operations.
