The asset procurement and management process at SMP Darul Arqom Muhammadiyah Garut currently faces critical operational constraints due to manual, uncentralized record-keeping using paper and disjointed spreadsheets. This conventional approach leads to a high risk of data redundancy, human error in calculating asset depreciation, and delays in reporting inventory items to the foundation and leadership. This study aims to design a centralized, web-based asset procurement and management information system using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. System development is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools to represent user interactions and system behaviors accurately. This research delivers a verified object-oriented structural blueprint and entity relationship model designed to minimize administrative errors, eliminate asset tracking discrepancies, and accelerate real-time data reporting for educational institutions.
