TikTok has evolved beyond an entertainment platform and is now widely used as a source of career and job-related information. The @Halo.Job account utilizes TikTok to provide employment information through informative and interactive content. This study aims to analyze the influence of TikTok content management on the @Halo.Job account toward users' job-search experiences. The research employs a quantitative approach based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. Content management is measured through content quality, consistency, and interactivity, while user experience is measured through ease of use, usefulness, and user satisfaction. Data are collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 followers of the @Halo.Job account and analyzed using quantitative statistical techniques. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of effective social media content management strategies for career information dissemination.
