This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of madrasah principal management in the utilization of learning support technology at MA Sabilal Muhtadin Kapuas, Central Kalimantan; (2) the challenges faced by the principal in managing the use of technology for learning. This qualitative descriptive research applied a field research approach. Research subjects comprised the madrasah principal and four teachers. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with validity ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that the principal plays a dual role as both a technology procurement facilitator and an instructional communicator who guides teachers. The principal has provided projectors, laptops, and WiFi, directing teachers to use them on a rotational basis. Four major challenges were identified: limited technology facilities that necessitate shared use, unstable internet connectivity due to the school's remote location far from signal towers, the absence of technology training programs for teachers, and a still-dominant conventional learning culture among both teachers and students.
