<![CDATA[The Public Relations (Humas) division of the Jambi Provincial Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUTR) does not yet have a structured digital system for recording and archiving activity documentation, resulting in photo and video files being stored without a consistent naming standard and being difficult to retrieve, while automatic activity reports and statistics are also unavailable. This research aims to design and build a Digital Activity Documentation Archive System (SIARDOK) using the Waterfall development method with the AppSheet platform, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script as part of the Google Workspace ecosystem. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation study of the current archive management conditions, as well as a literature study of relevant prior research. System modeling was carried out using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The SIARDOK system provides features for activity data input, archive search and filtering, a monthly activity statistics dashboard, automatic PDF report export, and auto-generated Content IDs and Google Drive folders with a consistent naming structure. Black Box Testing results on ten main features show that all features function properly according to the defined requirements. Therefore, the SIARDOK system can help the Public Relations division of the Jambi PUTR Office manage activity documentation more efficiently, in a structured manner, and with easier retrieval.]]>
