<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis article discusses the management of special services in educational strategy as an essential component in improving education quality at the school level. Special services are not only operational supports but also strategic instruments that include counseling and guidance services, libraries, school health units, canteens, security services, and inclusive education services. This study employs a literature review approach by analyzing relevant academic sources published between 2020 and 2025 in the field of educational management and special services. The findings indicate that special service management plays a crucial role in creating a safe, healthy, comfortable, and holistic learning environment for students. Furthermore, the integration of special services into educational strategic management enhances the effectiveness of achieving school vision and mission. However, implementation still faces challenges such as limited resources, lack of service integration, and suboptimal evaluation systems. Therefore, strengthening special service management is necessary to maximize its contribution to improving education quality.]]>
