This study aims to analyze the condition of learning facilities and infrastructure in schools in terms of availability, condition of facilities, completeness of learning, and maintenance of facilities. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that learning facilities and infrastructure are generally available and support the learning process, but there are still some facilities that require quality improvement and continuous maintenance. The scientific findings of the study confirm that the availability and management of educational facilities contribute to learning comfort as well as the effectiveness of the learning process. Therefore, planned and sustainable management of facilities and infrastructure becomes an important factor in improving the quality of education in schools.
