<![CDATA[This study was conducted to examine and describe the use of information technology-based learning tools in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process at MI Al-Falah III Sunan Kalijaga. This study implemented a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and literature reviews. The study showed that teachers utilize various digital devices and applications, including projectors, laptops, Google Forms, PowerPoint, and educational videos to support the learning process. The use of information technology can increase students' interest in learning, motivation, and understanding in studying Islamic Religious Education (PAI) materials. Supporting factors include the availability of technological facilities, principal support, and IT learning programs, while inhibiting factors include limited teacher digital competence, minimal training, and limited facilities and internet networks. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed from teachers and schools to maximize the use of information technology to support improving the quality of the Islamic Religious Education learning process.]]>
