The rapid development of digital technology requires madrasah educational institutions to transform so that the quality of education remains relevant and competitive in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital learning.Transformation as a strategy for improving the quality of education at MAN Bondowoso. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design; data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman and Saldaña's model was validated through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results show that the integration of digital platforms such as Quizizz, Quipper, instructional videos, and interactive presentation media are being used successfully. Increased students’ active engagement and consistently improved learning achievement from 82.1% in the 2021–2022 school year to 98.4% In the 2025/2026 academic year, although its implementation still faces challenges related to infrastructure limitations and disparities in digital competencies among educators. This study concludes that the digital learning transformation was successful. Requires comprehensive systemic support as the key to improving the quality of madrasah education in the digital age.
