Business ethics is an important aspect in creating economic activities that are fair, responsible, and oriented towards the welfare of society. In Indonesia, the application of business ethics needs to be studied based on the values of social justice contained in Pancasila, especially the fifth principle, namely "Social Justice for All Indonesian People." This study aims to analyze the application of business ethics in Indonesia in terms of the aspect of social justice values and its impact on economic life and society. The method used in this study is a literature study by reviewing various journals, books, and relevant scientific sources on business ethics and social justice. The results of the study indicate that the application of business ethics based on the values of social justice can create harmonious relationships between business actors, workers, consumers, and the community. However, in practice, various ethical violations are still found, such as labor exploitation, unfair business competition, corruption, and economic inequality that hinder the creation of social justice. Therefore, moral awareness, corporate social responsibility, and government oversight are needed to realize ethical and fair business practices. Thus, the application of business ethics in accordance with the values of social justice can support sustainable national economic development and improve the welfare of the Indonesian people.
