This study was motivated by the importance of the role of musyrifah in supporting the success of the Qur'an memorization program in a boarding school environment. In its implementation, students face various challenges, such as low motivation to memorize, difficulties in maintaining memorization consistency, limited time due to busy school activities, and errors in the application of tajwid rules and makharijul huruf. This study aims to determine the role of musyrifah in improving the Qur'an memorization program of female students at ISBS MTsN 43 Jakarta. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that musyrifah play important roles as mentors, motivators, and evaluators in the Qur'an memorization program. The learning methods applied include talaqqi, memorization submission, muroja'ah, and daily memorization targets. Tajwid and tahsin development is carried out through recitation correction and continuous evaluation. In addition, motivation, personal approaches, and assistance provided by musyrifah help improve students' enthusiasm, discipline, and self-confidence in memorizing the Qur'an. Supporting factors include parental support, guidance from musyrifah, a supportive environment, and students' motivation, while inhibiting factors include low motivation, laziness, difficulties in understanding new verses, and limited time. Therefore, musyrifah make a positive contribution to improving the quality of students' Qur'an memorization.
