The purpose of this study was to determine whether pre-running exercises can improve long jump learning outcomes in fifth-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental study. The dependent variable was long jump learning outcomes, and the independent variable was pre-running exercises. The research design used was a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population was all 30 fifth-grade students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. This research was descriptive quantitative. The test instrument used was a physical education teaching module. Data analysis used a t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results showed a significant effect of pre-running exercises on long jump learning outcomes in fifth-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang, with a calculated t-value of 2.909 > t-table of 1.697.
