This study was motivated by the importance of good nighttime sleep patterns in supporting students’ Mathematics learning outcomes in Grade IV at SD Inpres 12/79 Lonrae. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between nighttime sleep patterns and students’ Mathematics achievement. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational research design, involving 30 students as the total sampling technique. Data were collected through a sleep pattern questionnaire and Mathematics achievement documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results showed that students’ sleep patterns were in the moderate category, while their Mathematics achievement was in the good category. The correlation test revealed a significant relationship with r = 0.799 > r table = 0.3061, indicating a strong positive correlation, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It can be concluded that better sleep patterns are associated with higher Mathematics achievement. This study emphasizes the importance of healthy sleep habits for students, parents, and teachers in supporting improved academic performance.
